The Day He'll Have To Learn

Rolled up dollar bill in his pocket, just so he can scrape the drugs off it. Staying down at rock bottom again, but at least there's whiskey and hanging with friends. he's so broke but at least he's free, drinking by 4, he's been up since 3. He's kicked the habits once before, now he's asking for more! more! more!

He likes to feel this way, getting sobers not a thing that's ok. He walks the straightest line. His friends will swear that he's fine. Lifes a big party but he's functioning well. You can get by if no one can tell. Eventually, he'll crash and burn, that's the day he'll have to learn.
